Description

  • Create requirements documents and translate business requirements into technical specifications with the implementation manager.
  • Support requirement gathering, implementation design, UAT testing, issue resolution, and change requests.
  • Deliver implementations, integrations, data migrations, and system configurations end to end.
  • Lead client discovery sessions, advise stakeholders, and identify process optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Project Management, and Client Success to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
  • Validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and follow delivery best practices.
  • Build client relationships through responsive, professional, and proactive communication.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, technical expertise, and product innovation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, professional services, consulting, or a related environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • General understanding of programming fundamentals.
  • Ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
