Description

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to align technical solutions with sales objectives.
  • Translate customer requirements into appropriate technical capabilities and clearly communicate product value.
  • Stay current on Solutions Engineering practices, security trends, products, and customer use cases.
  • Identify and implement improvements to pre-sales processes, methodologies, and workflows.
  • Assist with Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information.
  • Represent BeyondTrust at industry events, trade shows, and customer seminars.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to channel partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical support within privileged access management, identity security, or similar enterprise applications.
  • 3+ years of experience working with global software vendors.
  • Expertise presenting technical solutions and differentiating products from competitors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, VMware, and Hyper-V.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including trade show or conference presentation experience.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and environments preferred.
  • Experience with BeyondTrust or similar technologies preferred.
  • Candidates living near Calgary, Alberta, Canada are prioritized.
