Description

Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, and new product adoption within existing accounts.
Build relationships with key customer contacts and serve as their main resource for Bevi product information.
Maintain regular customer touchpoints through email, phone, and video check-ins.
Track account activity and renewal data in Salesforce accurately and consistently.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and uncover growth opportunities.
Participate in training and mentorship to develop consultative selling and customer success skills.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation to help customers succeed.
Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus.
Passion for sustainability and enthusiasm for Bevi’s mission.
Comfort working in a direct-to-customer environment (implied by role context).

$88,060-$108,780 USD salary range.
