Description

  • Oversee and improve the credentialing and enrollment software system to meet NCQA standards, reporting needs, and cross-functional requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of system capabilities to improve efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives that improve the end-to-end provider experience.
  • Identify organizational needs and build scalable workflows through a proactive, project-based approach.
  • Evaluate current and future vendor solutions and understand the vendor landscape.
  • Leverage AI through internal and vendor solutions to improve process quality and efficiency.
  • Develop reporting and insights using data from multiple systems, including Verifiable, internal tools, Looker, and Mode.
  • Analyze operational and process data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform decision-making.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that support people managers and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead new vendor requests through legal and security review, ensuring compliance and regulatory satisfaction.
  • Ensure vendor teams are appropriately resourced and meeting agreed contract terms.
  • Serve as a liaison between third-party product teams and internal product teams to coordinate across systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions that streamline internal coordination.
  • Represent Insurance Operations Systems to internal stakeholders and maintain visibility and alignment across the organization.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations and systems.
  • Senior Manager-level experience leading and optimizing systems setup and improvements.
  • Strong experience managing relationships with product teams, including external third-party product teams.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving processes and systems.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker with experience using data and reporting to inform decisions.
  • Experience in large-scale product migration is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely on PST hours.
  • Willingness to travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite.
  • Education level, work experience, and certifications may affect total compensation.
