Description

  • Manage risk and liability across sportsbook markets in accordance with trading SOPs.
  • Price and trade markets in real time, including in-play and live betting, as conditions change.
  • Monitor league news, injuries, lineups, and weather to make timely market adjustments.
  • Set and adjust opening and closing lines based on market consensus and sharp movement.
  • Manage liability limits, exposure, and bet acceptance thresholds across accounts and markets.
  • Analyze daily reports to support customer/account profiling, hold rates, and trading metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and trading tech to improve market coverage, latency, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience trading on a sports betting platform.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to calculate odds.
  • Problem-solving and strong critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity or change.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
  • Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Passion for sports is preferred.
  • Experience in high-pressure, high-volume situations is preferred.
