Description

  • Conduct patient intake questionnaires to collect medical history, allergies, and medications.
  • Accurately review and update patient charts.
  • Review lab results and imaging with patients.
  • Pre-screen patients for eligibility, referrals, and insurance requirements.
  • Manage pre- and post-appointment check-ins, including follow-up calls, instructions review, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Relay provider instructions to patients in non-clinical terms to support care coordination.
  • Schedule labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.
  • Handle chronic disease management outreach, including medication reminder calls and patient check-ins.
  • Support remote patient monitoring.
  • Perform medical transcription, draft standard correspondence, and maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Nurse (RN or equivalent) or a licensed Medical Doctor, Dentist, or Veterinarian.
  • License must be acceptable from any country approved for the candidate pool or from the United States, with state licenses required in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 1 year working remotely at a U.S.-based healthcare company in a clinical capacity, or minimum 2 years working in the same medical capacity in their own country.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge is required.
  • Willingness to work in U.S. time zones, including PST, EST, or CST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable home office setup with at least 25 Mbps internet and a backup connection.
  • System requirements include Intel Core i5 7th Generation or higher, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage, 720p webcam, Windows 10 or later, and noise-canceling audio equipment.
  • Must have a designated, quiet, and organized workspace free from distractions.
