Description

  • Collect and analyze marketing campaign data across paid media, organic, social, and email channels.
  • Track full-funnel performance across Marketing, SDR, VAPI, and Direct channels.
  • Monitor budget, spend, management fees, ROAS, CAC, CPL, and cost per qualified lead.
  • Analyze demo performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, lead quality, and disqualification reasons.
  • Report on revenue impact, including projected versus actual clients, services sold, MRR, and average deal size.
  • Create custom dashboards in Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Google Sheets for directors.
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, automations, forms, and campaign tracking setup.
  • Implement UTMs and HubSpot shortcodes to improve attribution and performance tracking.
  • Research PandaDoc features and identify opportunities for contract management use.
  • Conduct QA testing for marketing automation and integrations, and troubleshoot workflow or system issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics and KPI tracking, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, forms, and UTMs.
  • Skilled in Looker Studio and Google Sheets for reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaign analysis across paid, organic, social, and email.
  • Experience in QA testing and troubleshooting; familiarity with PandaDoc is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones, including PST, EST, and CST.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 Mbps or higher, with backup for outages.
  • Own PC or laptop with at least 8GB RAM, Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher, and 500GB/128 SSD storage.
  • Device must run Windows 10 or above or Catalina 10.15 or newer, with updated browsers and security software.
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • Dedicated, quiet, and organized workspace free from distractions.
