Description

  • Design and build 20 role-specific AI agents using the Anthropic Claude API to replicate Marketing team workflows.
  • Implement multi-agent orchestration so agents can communicate, hand off tasks, and collaborate across workflows.
  • Build tool-use integrations that allow agents to query systems, send reports, analyze data, draft content, and trigger workflows.
  • Develop memory and state management approaches so agents retain context across sessions and tasks.
  • Interview and shadow Marketing team members to document responsibilities, decision logic, and outputs.
  • Translate documented workflows into system prompts, tool definitions, and behavioral constraints.
  • Build and maintain API integrations with HubSpot CRM, internal reporting systems, and communication tools.
  • Develop custom tools and function-calling schemas for data retrieval, task execution, and escalation.
  • Create evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, task completion, and output quality against human benchmarks.
  • Test agents through structured UAT cycles, troubleshoot failures, and deploy them in a monitored production environment.
  • Write technical documentation, architecture diagrams, prompt rationale, and operational runbooks for each agent.
  • Train Marketing coordinators and support team adoption of AI tools across daily, weekly, and monthly workflows.
  • Audit tool usage, identify gaps, coach users, and report on AI adoption metrics and productivity impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience with demonstrated AI/LLM integration work.
  • Hands-on experience building applications with the Anthropic Claude API or equivalent LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Gemini.
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI patterns, including tool use, function calling, multi-agent orchestration, memory, and RAG.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/Node.js for backend agent development.
  • Experience integrating LLM agents with real-world APIs and CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to independently interpret staff workflows and translate them into agent logic without heavy hand-holding.
  • Strong written English communication skills for documentation and async remote collaboration.
  • Experience specifically with the Anthropic SDK and Claude model family is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent orchestration frameworks is nice to have.
  • Background in marketing operations, lead generation, or B2B SaaS environments is nice to have.
  • Experience building RAG pipelines or vector-database integrations is nice to have.
  • A portfolio of deployed AI agents or automation tools, with GitHub links or demos, is strongly encouraged.
  • A stable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup connectivity in case of outages.
  • Own PC or laptop with at least 8GB RAM, a Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher, Windows 10+ or Catalina 10.15+, up-to-date browsers, security software, and 500GB/128 SSD storage.
  • Headset or earphones with noise cancellation and a webcam with 720p or higher resolution.
  • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions.
