Description

  • Own and drive development schedules across multiple teams.
  • Translate high-level product strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestones.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering leads to define scope and delivery timelines.
  • Proactively identify production risks and remove blockers.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
  • Improve production workflows to increase clarity and velocity.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.
  • Support live ops initiatives, seasonal content, and ongoing feature releases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in game production or technical production.
  • Experience shipping and operating a live-service game.
  • Strong understanding of agile development and production frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mentality and a bias toward action.
  • Experience in competitive multiplayer or real-money gaming environments (nice to have).
  • Background in technical production (nice to have).
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth studios (nice to have).
  • Passion for poker, strategy games, or competitive ecosystems (nice to have).
  • Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required.
