Description

  • Collaborate with teammates, external teams, and client stakeholders to integrate quality considerations throughout the SDLC.
  • Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features while reducing technical debt.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, productive team environment.
  • Follow established team processes to deliver features reliably to production.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation aligned to software and user requirements.
  • Document, prioritize, and track defects using bug-tracking tools and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices while tracking software quality metrics.
  • Increase test coverage, speed, and accuracy to support CI/CD pipelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, frameworks, and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform performance and security testing in line with business requirements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of development experience.
  • Experience with GoLang, Python, Angular or TypeScript, and Java; proficiency in at least 3 of these languages.
  • Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
  • Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production deployment.
  • Strong relational database experience, such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides.
  • Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs aligned to FHIR specifications.
  • Familiarity with FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns.
  • Experience with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data.
  • Understanding of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM.
  • Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or measure logic execution.
  • Experience with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation.
  • Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems.
  • US citizenship or Green Card required; no sponsorship offered.
  • Must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold Public Trust clearance, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
  • AWS certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with AWS ECS Fargate, AWS RDS, and AWS S3 is preferred.
  • Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working with large-scale healthcare reporting or analytics systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMS environments, data pipelines, or regulatory programs is preferred.
