Description

  • Collaborate with teammates, external teams, and client stakeholders to ensure quality is built into every stage of the SDLC.
  • Design, estimate, scope, and deliver medium-to-large features while reducing technical debt.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation based on software specifications and user requirements.
  • Use bug-tracking tools to document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices, and track software quality metrics throughout the SDLC.
  • Automate testing processes to improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, frameworks, and techniques to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Implement and conduct performance and security testing according to best practices and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of development experience.
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: GoLang, Python, Angular, TypeScript, and Java.
  • Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
  • Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines from commit through production deployment.
  • Strong relational database experience such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides.
  • Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs aligned to FHIR specifications.
  • Familiarity with FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns.
  • Experience working with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data.
  • Understanding of digital quality measurement concepts, including eCQM and dQM.
  • Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or exposure to measure logic execution.
  • Experience with FHIR servers such as HAPI FHIR or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing or consuming FHIR resources such as Measure, MeasureReport, Patient, Encounter, and Observation.
  • Understanding of data validation, data quality, and regulatory reporting constraints in healthcare systems.
  • AWS certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with AWS ECS Fargate, AWS RDS, and AWS S3 (preferred).
  • Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools (preferred).
  • Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms (preferred).
  • Experience working with large-scale healthcare reporting or analytics systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CMS environments, data pipelines, or regulatory programs (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; no sponsorship is offered.
  • Must have resided in the U.S. for at least the past 3 years.
  • Must be eligible for a Public Trust position and pass a U.S. government background investigation.
