Description

  • Manage the full corporate hardware lifecycle, including procurement, device setup, inventory, and shipping to team members.
  • Handle technical onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, and equipment.
  • Provide helpdesk support across the organization in English and Ukrainian through Zoho Desk.
  • Manage access, subscriptions, renewals, and invoices for 100+ services in coordination with the finance team.
  • Support basic security processes such as access control, phishing prevention, and employee training.
  • Document work and continuously improve IT processes and the internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Confident macOS user with curiosity about the Apple ecosystem; advanced skills are not required.
  • Hands-on IT experience, such as helpdesk work, an internship, or a technical degree.
  • English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including the OSI model, protocols, and common security issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot systematically and work independently with strong self-organization.
  • Experience with MDM, Apple Business Manager, or ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Automation skills with tools such as Zapier or Make are preferred, along with basic JavaScript and Bash knowledge.
