Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US employee benefits questions related to medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, leave, and disability coverage.
  • Respond to a high volume of employee inquiries with accuracy, clarity, and strong follow-through.
  • Investigate and resolve benefits issues across systems, vendors, HRIS, and payroll, including enrollment discrepancies, access issues, and deduction errors.
  • Own employee cases end-to-end and identify root causes to prevent repeat issues.
  • Process enrollments, life events, eligibility updates, and terminations accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate benefits data in ADP and ensure alignment with carrier systems.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure correct deductions and employer contributions.
  • Work directly with carriers, ADP, Fidelity, and brokers to resolve employee issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Support open enrollment through employee communications, system support, troubleshooting, and real-time assistance.
  • Maintain documentation and case tracking while following compliance processes for ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and HIPAA.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in US benefits administration or support.
  • Strong working knowledge of US benefits programs and common regulations.
  • Experience handling high-volume employee inquiries or HR support cases.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, with ADP preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems and vendors.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and a strong service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to work overlapping US business hours.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Experience partnering with internal teams to identify process improvements, including AI-driven improvements, is a plus.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Salary range of $55,000 to $75,000.
