Description

  • Design, implement, and govern the enterprise compensation framework across all business units.
  • Build and maintain job architecture, job codes, job families, job levels, and progression paths.
  • Develop and maintain pay bands, base pay structures, and compensation models using market and internal data.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, market adjustments, and structural updates.
  • Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking using Salary.com, Mercer, and industry surveys.
  • Analyze internal equity and external competitiveness to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
  • Build compensation models for new roles, organizational changes, and program expansions.
  • Provide compensation analytics and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Perform internal equity audits and recommend adjustments to mitigate risk and improve fairness.
  • Configure and maintain compensation structures and data workflows across ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, HRIS, and payroll systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation analytics, market pricing, job leveling, and compensation program design.
  • Deep expertise with ADP Workforce Now, Salary.com, Mercer, and iCIMS.
  • Knowledge of internal equity analysis, financial modeling, and compensation governance.
  • Experience developing job architecture, job descriptions, and pay bands aligned to organizational design.
  • Understanding of FLSA, pay transparency laws, and state/federal compensation regulations.
  • Ability to partner with Finance, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
  • Experience ensuring data integrity, audit trails, and reporting accuracy across HR systems.
  • Ability to support workforce planning, organizational growth, and compensation decision-making.
  • Experience with compensation cycles, merit planning, and market adjustments is required.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs for diverse role types such as revenue, call center, or clinical roles is preferred.
