Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of client relationships, including renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Manage a dedicated territory and drive the sales process as the primary owner.
  • Articulate the ROI of Bazaarvoice solutions and connect products to client business challenges.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and provide proactive updates to leadership throughout sales and renewal cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure clients receive the resources needed to succeed.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business needs and long-term requirements.
  • Build relationships across client departments, including IT, marketing, merchandising, legal, and executive leadership.
  • Navigate contract negotiations with client legal teams and internal counsel to finalize agreements.
  • Develop and maintain long-term trusted partnerships that support retention and account expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying role within SaaS, MarTech, or eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • 3+ years successfully managing contract renewals and meeting or exceeding company average renewal rates.
  • Strong bias to action with the ability to prioritize multiple internal and external requests.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing day-to-day work and long-term territory strategy.
  • Understanding of the digital shelf and how user-generated content affects the brand-to-retailer ecosystem.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus among Marketing, Sales, IT, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to translate technical features into strategic outcomes for C-suite executives.
  • Consultative sales approach with active listening and two-way discovery.
  • Strong project management skills to lead multi-threaded sales or renewal processes through legal signature.
  • Curiosity about e-commerce trends and passion for helping brands build consumer trust.
  • Background in building long-term partnerships that drive high retention and account expansion.

Benefits

  • OTE range of $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
