Description

  • Lead collections activities and support Collections Coordinator team members.
  • Conduct collections outreach for a portfolio of at least $40M.
  • Work to exceed collection goals, reduce DSO, and meet or exceed individual KPIs.
  • Research and reconcile misapplied or unapplied cash.
  • Complete month-end tasks accurately and on time.
  • Document collections activity consistently in Netsuite.
  • Process daily cash application with 100% accuracy.
  • Review customer financial position and creditworthiness using available tools and resources.
  • Partner with Billing and Sales to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide backup coverage and support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of strong cash application and credit card experience.
  • 2-3 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
