Description

Build end-to-end features across enquiry, quoting, orders, jobs, scheduling, tracking, quality, shipping, and invoicing.
Develop data models, .NET services, frontend interfaces, tests, integrations, and safe database migrations.
Ensure cross-stage consistency, authorization, validation, tenant isolation, and performance at production volumes.
Prototype product flows and collaborate directly with the product manager and customers to shape solutions.
Direct, supervise, and review AI coding agents producing production code; maintain agent instructions and learnings.
Review team work, participate in the application support rota, triage issues, and prevent recurring incidents.
Support UAT and releases, resolve defects, and deliver functionality needed to migrate customers from the legacy product.

Requirements

5+ years building customer-facing full-stack web products and delivering complex end-to-end features.
Hands-on experience directing agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot agents, or equivalent in production.
Strong C#/.NET and TypeScript/React expertise.
Solid relational database skills, including schema design, live-data migrations, and query performance analysis.
Experience writing and validating tests, including xUnit, Vitest, Testing Library, or Playwright.
Product sensibility focused on usability, performance, accessibility, and customer feedback.
Self-directed ownership of features from user conversation through production.
Ability to work effectively with existing systems, explain technical trade-offs, and communicate clearly across time zones.
Experience with manufacturing, ERP, MRP, supply chain, multi-tenant SaaS, Azure, agent platforms, accessibility, or offline-first/PWA development preferred.
