Description

  • Analyze credit and financial information for prospective and existing commercial real estate borrowers.
  • Prepare credit requests, modifications, extensions, risk assessments, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration on loan closings and documentation.
  • Monitor financial reporting, covenant compliance, maturities, delinquencies, risk ratings, and loan performance.
  • Maintain accurate credit files, loan monitoring systems, master files, and borrower financial information.
  • Support lien perfection, collateral documentation, loan budgets, policy updates, and relationship management activities.
  • Conduct site visits for existing and potential projects as needed.
  • Assist with portfolio reviews, including construction progress, absorption, lease-up performance, and external or internal audits.
  • Comply with bank policies, credit standards, security requirements, audit procedures, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, economics, law, computer science, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • 6 or more years of banking credit analysis experience.
  • Advanced ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, tax returns, and complex borrower structures.
  • Knowledge of company formation, borrowing, and guaranty structures.
  • Advanced commercial real estate portfolio management skills, including monitoring concentrations, maturities, delinquencies, covenants, and risk ratings.
  • Knowledge of federal and state commercial real estate lending laws and regulations.
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs, recognize cross-sell opportunities, and participate in retention and prospecting activities.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and similar software.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

  • Targeted starting compensation of $131,319–$154,493, depending on location and experience.
  • Eligible roles may receive incentive and commission compensation.
