Description

  • Lead ARR planning and forecasting for Figma’s Self-Serve business across annual plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and weekly performance reviews.
  • Partner with Product and Data Science to identify growth drivers and influence strategic decisions across the self-serve funnel.
  • Design and implement processes that improve forecast accuracy and visibility into customer behavior, monetization, and conversion trends.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, including strategic direction and career development.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and CMO.
  • Own and evolve the financial narrative for the self-serve business in executive and board materials.
  • Scale the Self-Serve Finance function by developing tools, metrics, and systems for better decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, business operations, or a related analytical field.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience partnering with Data Science teams on complex analytical problems.
  • Deep experience in financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven analysis.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable solutions.
  • Track record of building or scaling processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably with a self-serve business model.
  • Ability to work from a Figma US hub in San Francisco or New York, or remotely within the United States.
