Description

  • Embed with SDRs, AEs, Customer Success, RevOps, and Demand Gen teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and ship internal solutions.
  • Build an intelligent signal layer that ingests, enriches, and routes GTM signals to the right rep at the right time.
  • Develop integrations that make Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight act as read/write surfaces for agents.
  • Ship AI agents that support rep workflows such as account discovery, call-note capture, QBR preparation, and intelligence feedback loops.
  • Own projects end to end, including scoping, building, deploying, instrumenting, and iterating on production systems.
  • Translate GTM workflow problems into system designs and decide when to automate, redesign, or leave a process unchanged.
  • Work closely with GTM stakeholders and non-engineering partners to understand day-to-day operations and business impact.
  • Build and maintain clean, well-documented code for internal tools and automation infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a software, product, or platform engineer, ideally with experience building internal tools or working close to a business function.
  • Fluency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and comfort building full-stack applications with tools such as Next.js and FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as Claude or OpenAI, including agentic workflows, tool use, and RAG patterns.
  • Experience shipping automation with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or custom orchestration.
  • Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clay, or willingness to become an expert quickly.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to move quickly without waiting for perfectly scoped tickets.
  • Comfort spending about 70% of time in conversations with reps, managers, and executives.
  • Product mindset with the ability to distinguish impressive demos from tools that materially improve rep productivity.
  • Bonus: experience as an ex-founder, early engineer, or product owner in a 0-to-1 environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Clay, Default, Pocus, B2B SaaS, infrastructure, AI-adjacent companies, or data tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Hightouch, Census, or BI platforms.
