Description

  • Independently achieve sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clients.
  • Generate sales qualified leads through targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Interact with clients, prospective clients, partners, and internal staff through face-to-face and other communication channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
  • Educational background in Business Management; Computer Science background is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Experience selling software to BFSI, Government, Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
