Description

  • Drive sales and achieve targets for record management solutions through customer acquisition, upselling, and account expansion.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through closing and post-sale relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
  • Understand client pain points and tailor Azeus Convene’s solutions to their needs.
  • Present, demonstrate, and prepare proposals, sales presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales agreements aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, customer success, and implementation teams to support solution delivery and smooth transitions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, including market leaders such as OpenText.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline data, forecasts, and management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-10 years of sales experience in Record Management, Document Management, or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in an enterprise software environment.
  • Strong solution-selling experience with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective sales presentations and demos.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Knowledge of the records management market and key industry players.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of relevant industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in English.
