Description

  • Manage relationships with venue clients and serve as the primary point of contact for ticketing managers.
  • Supervise and support a team of leads and specialists providing front-line client service and technical support.
  • Partner with client ticketing managers to understand each venue’s needs and challenges.
  • Provide guidance on products and services and stay current on new releases.
  • Assist with event and promotion configuration for full-service clients.
  • Identify critical issues in support requests and determine appropriate responses.
  • Configure, track, and report on client work and interactions to maintain service quality.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them or escalate when needed.
  • Advise and advocate for venue partners on event configuration and box office inquiries.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in live event ticketing and event programming.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a high-functioning client services team.
  • Advanced event programming expertise across multiple venue and event types.
  • Leadership, coaching, and personnel management skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with ticket operations for a venue is a plus.

  • Pay range of $75,000-$80,000.
