Description

  • Oversee daily operations across the Miami and Orlando property management portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team across leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review priorities, outstanding tasks, and operational performance.
  • Manage staffing, resource allocation, KPIs, accountability, and workflow consistency across departments.
  • Oversee leasing operations, vacancy management, lease renewals, and rental rate adjustments.
  • Ensure listings are accurate, competitive, and effectively marketed to support occupancy goals.
  • Oversee the unit turn process from move-out to move-in and ensure turns are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners and support client onboarding and retention.
  • Manage maintenance operations, vendor relationships, work orders, property inspections, and service quality.
  • Oversee rent collection, delinquency, notices, and eviction-related processes while monitoring budget and profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or operations management experience.
  • Experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, vacancy management, unit turns, maintenance coordination, rent collections, lease renewals, evictions, and property operations.
  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing operations in a remote environment.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple geographic markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Buildium, QuickBooks, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and other property management or collaboration tools is preferred.
