Description

  • Engage with customers through regular calls, business reviews, and day-to-day support.
  • Monitor and manage adoption metrics to ensure customers are fully using the Axon platform.
  • Create success plans and track customer progress toward goals and results.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate internal teams to resolve critical issues.
  • Communicate major milestones and updates to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  • Partner with marketing and training teams to deliver training webinars and calls.
  • Develop deep product knowledge and ensure proper implementation in each customer environment.
  • Share industry best practices to help solve customer needs and improve workflows.
  • Provide customer insight to cross-functional teams to influence product roadmaps and internal projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven system for tracking multiple customer requests, issues, and strategic plans.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvements within large organizations.
  • Experience tracking product adoption and customer engagement using data-analysis tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, responsible, and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to change and perform well in high-stress situations.
  • Must be located in Utah, Montana, or Nevada.
  • 30% travel required.
