Description

  • Own customer outcomes end to end across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success within a strategic account.
  • Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into compliant, buildable solutions tied to mission outcomes.
  • Design, build, test, and ship AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines on Axon’s platform.
  • Configure, integrate, and extend Axon systems including DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related tools.
  • Iterate with real users and real data until adoption sticks in production.
  • Apply CJIS, evidence integrity, and privacy guardrails to every build.
  • Troubleshoot issues onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
  • Assess workflows, identify friction, define success metrics, and capture baselines before major deployments.
  • Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership and operational stakeholders.
  • Share field intelligence with Product and Engineering, and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments.
  • Proven experience shipping working automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
  • Experience configuring products, writing integration logic, and delivering production-ready solutions.
  • Comfort working across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled technologies, and integrated systems.
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and navigate competing priorities across multiple internal teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards.
  • Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
  • Experience in public safety, law enforcement, corrections, or other mission-critical operational environments preferred.
  • Background in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or operational transformation at scale preferred.
