Description

  • Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment initiatives by building and engaging candidate pipelines.
  • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Google X-Ray, and other channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Development, and Marketing teams to understand hiring needs and market trends.
  • Provide insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, and the talent landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with talent across global markets.
  • Support delivery of high-quality hires in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean at minimum C1 level; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Business, Communication, Economics, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or similar.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Graduated from a top university or participated in an international exchange program is highly preferred.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.50/4.00.
  • Up to 3 years of total full-time work experience maximum.
  • Internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or human resources is a strong plus.
  • Motivated to build a career in recruitment and thrive in goal-oriented environments.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in an international, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ATS platforms, or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory.
