Description

  • Drive adoption of the product portfolio among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical partners.
  • Own top-line revenue growth across the UK territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and relationship building through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop, execute, and continually refine a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with heads of surgery, hospital administrators, and operating-room decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to communicate key value propositions.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, congresses, and professional events.
  • Collaborate with back office, marketing, product development, quality, and logistics teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Report sales performance metrics and prepare forecasts.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in med-tech, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Preferred exposure to orthopaedics or operating-room technologies.
  • Proven track record in territory-driven sales with quantifiable achievements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with tactical thinking, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to travel regularly up to 70% within the region.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree is a bonus.
  • Motivation and interest in working for a med-tech company.
