Description

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with national goals.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with local sales partners across hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare networks.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales partners, surgeons, OR managers, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions to communicate product value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and back-office teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy, product development, and quality leadership.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Provide sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to the Sales Director USA and HQ.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within orthopaedic med-tech, medical devices, or healthcare services.
  • Proven track record of territory-driven sales success and strategic account management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • An established network in hip, knee, and/or shoulder surgery.
  • Hands-on orthopaedic sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • High-energy, proactive, and relationship-driven professional approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Southern U.S. territory.
  • Preferably based in Texas due to business concentration within the territory.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
