Description

  • Develop supervised machine learning features for casino games, including regression, ranking, and classification models.
  • Maintain and enhance production recommendation systems using gradient boosting and other modeling methods.
  • Clean and preprocess data and manage model pre-processing and post-processing workflows.
  • Optimize model training and inference pipelines for high-load, real-time environments.
  • Integrate machine learning models into Airflow pipelines within a multi-tenant environment.
  • Adapt and configure recommendation solutions for different clients and tenants.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable product insights.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning approaches in collaboration with product owners and engineering teams.
  • Conduct research and experimentation to understand how product features, platforms, and promotions influence user behavior.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product owners, designers, and researchers.️

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science.
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, and Polars.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable machine learning solutions with pipeline metrics, logging, and alerting.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with supervised machine learning, including regression, ranking, feature engineering, and model evaluation using metrics such as AUC, NDCG, MSE, and uplift metrics.
  • Experience with XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, or neural networks.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models to production for near-real-time or batch processing.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods including A/B testing and significance testing.
  • Experience with large-scale recommendation systems, Airflow, Valkey/Redis, or FastAPI; familiarity with contextual bandits, reinforcement learning, or AutoML is preferred.
