Description

  • Review sales notes and client documents to understand project needs and define the onboarding plan.
  • Set up project tools, coordinate team access, and manage workshops, check-ins, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meeting schedules.
  • Create detailed project plans covering deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, and costs.
  • Own project execution, monitor progress, and communicate deviations or scope changes promptly.
  • Apply change control processes to manage scope creep and protect project goals.
  • Use ecommerce, retention, CRO, UX, and Shopify Plus knowledge to answer client questions and identify risks.
  • Manage technical migrations to Shopify from Magento, Salesforce, and custom platforms, including data mapping and migration practices.
  • Define task acceptance criteria, coordinate QA, and act as final approver before client delivery.
  • Oversee budgets, time tracking, workload allocation, and estimate validation across the delivery team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or Technical Lead focused on eCommerce platforms.
  • Experience with Shopify is required.
  • Experience with Magento, Salesforce, and/or custom platform migrations is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously without micromanagement.
  • Comfort working in a growing company where team members wear multiple hats.
  • Passion for eCommerce, technology, and/or design.
  • High standards, accountability, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
