Description

Review sales notes and client documents to understand project needs and define the onboarding plan.
Set up project tools, coordinate team access, and manage workshops, check-ins, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meeting schedules.
Create detailed project plans covering deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, timelines, and costs.
Own project execution, monitor progress, and communicate deviations or scope changes promptly.
Apply change control processes to manage scope creep and protect project goals.
Use ecommerce, retention, CRO, UX, and Shopify Plus knowledge to answer client questions and identify risks.
Manage technical migrations to Shopify from Magento, Salesforce, and custom platforms, including data mapping and migration practices.
Define task acceptance criteria, coordinate QA, and act as final approver before client delivery.
Oversee budgets, time tracking, workload allocation, and estimate validation across the delivery team.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or Technical Lead focused on eCommerce platforms.
Experience with Shopify is required.
Experience with Magento, Salesforce, and/or custom platform migrations is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration with a focus on eCommerce or digital marketing, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated leadership experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to work autonomously without micromanagement.
Comfort working in a growing company where team members wear multiple hats.
Passion for eCommerce, technology, and/or design.
High standards, accountability, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
