Description

  • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end release lifecycle for SAP projects and related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute software releases in an Agile environment.
  • Ensure release deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate release-related risks and issues.
  • Maintain detailed release documentation and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement of release processes, tools, and governance practices.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Work closely with the Release Manager to ensure all release activities align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting release management or coordinating software deployments in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and iterative development cycles.
  • Experience with release management or work-tracking tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, or Gantt charts.
  • Ability to manage concurrent tasks, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Experience working with SAP systems or ERP landscapes is preferred but not required.
  • Experience supporting large-scale SAP initiatives or enterprise deployments is a nice to have.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, or automated release processes is a nice to have.
  • Familiarity with change-management frameworks and processes is a nice to have.
  • Background in risk management or release governance is a nice to have.
  • US citizenship required; no dual citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain a client Public Trust government clearance.
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the United States.
