Description

  • Manage and coordinate assigned clinical projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee project-specific sponsor services such as central labs, drug shipments, and document shipments.
  • Coordinate the clinical development of projects with sponsors, investigators, and internal team members.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, workload, and team performance.
  • Collect, manage, and organize study documentation, regulatory records, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Monitors, and other project contributors.
  • Collaborate on local authority approval activities, archiving, and overall project management with biometrics, safety, and regulatory teams.
  • Assist with protocol preparation, Case Report Forms, and final Clinical Study Reports.
  • Deliver project-specific trainings and participate in monitor, investigator, and project update meetings.
  • Provide status updates to sponsors and senior leadership, raise issues, and perform co-monitoring visits as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific, medical, or paramedical discipline; nursing or relevant background preferred.
  • At least 8 years of clinical research experience in project management.
  • Previous experience managing hematology/oncology studies is required.
  • Previous CRO experience is required.
  • Previous CRA experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP/ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Prior experience with electronic data capture is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.
