Description

  • Initiate projects with customers, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners by defining goals, scope, deliverables, schedules, costs, and payment milestones.
  • Prepare project management plans and establish a strong foundation for project execution.
  • Assemble, direct, and lead project teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate team meetings, coordinate communication, promote collaboration, and resolve conflicts and roadblocks.
  • Identify project risks early, assess impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish project budgets, track spending, and keep projects within financial boundaries.
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients, stakeholders, and the PMO office, and provide regular project updates.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards through quality control reviews.
  • Handle day-to-day operational aspects of projects and ad hoc tasks.
  • Work with international teams across regions when needed.

Requirements

  • Valid PMP certification or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification with active serial number.
  • CSM and CSPO certifications are an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Project Management, General Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience for the Project Manager role.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience for the Senior Project Manager role.
  • Practical knowledge of software development lifecycle, waterfall, and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft technologies, application programming, database design, and system design.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to lead enterprise IT software implementations and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to read and speak Mandarin Chinese or Vietnamese is an added advantage.
  • Background with software vendors or system integration service providers is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to undertake domestic and regional travel as needed.
