Description

  • Manage and complete 5-10 home renovation projects per month according to the project timeline.
  • Recruit contractors and manage contracts for trades and subcontractors.
  • Bid out jobs and coordinate permitting work.
  • Monitor project schedules and respond to inspections.
  • Work across multiple job sites in the greater DMV area and deliver equipment when needed.
  • Complete final home inspections and document work with detailed photos.
  • Look for opportunities to reduce costs and streamline the construction process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of real estate project management experience in home building, home renovations, or insurance restoration.
  • Must live in Maryland, Washington, DC, or Virginia.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote, field-based role without reporting to a corporate office.
  • Preferred experience in home renovation or similar construction-related project management work.
