Description

  • Advise, guide, and develop comprehensive market and patient access strategy to support pipeline and inline assets.
  • Build, manage, and oversee a team of subject matter experts across market and patient access strategy.
  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative research on market access stakeholders and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Align Advisory strategy with Marketing strategy across personas, strategy maps, brand plans, positioning, identity, creative briefs, and messaging.
  • Oversee and contribute to the ideation and execution of access marketing solutions, tactics, and activations.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops, training meetings, launch meetings, and other client events.
  • Maintain fluency between Advisory and Marketing disciplines within a matrixed organization.
  • Lead Advisory strategy for Access Marketing RFPs, identify organic growth, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build, grow, and mentor the Access Marketing Advisory strategy team, including resourcing and talent development.
  • Partner with account, medical, and creative teams to deliver access marketing strategy.
  • Deliver thought leadership through articles, podcasts, and market event awareness.
  • Build and maintain an external network of strategic partners for collaboration and consultation.
  • Travel up to 20-30% as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred in public health, public policy, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of strategic planning or marketing experience.
  • Experience in a market access, payer marketing, or managed markets agency environment preferred.
  • In-depth experience leading strategy for market access, patient access, or access marketing across pre-launch, launch, mature, and portfolio brands.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, cross-discipline environment.
  • Strong interdisciplinary thinking, strategic problem-solving, and business leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical content into strategy and compelling storytelling.
  • Comfort leading work under pressure and tight deadlines across client work and new business development.
  • Strong organizational skills.
