Description

  • Create project plans and scope of work documents based on strategy inputs and job level.
  • Collaborate with agency teams to build effective project plans, staffing plans, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  • Manage the workflow of projects across assigned accounts from inception through completion.
  • Develop timelines, estimate project work, and keep schedules and budgets on track.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and align teams on scope, structure, assets, and schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, review work, and secure approvals.
  • Run status meetings, document risks and issues, and escalate problems before they affect delivery.
  • Conduct copy and layout reviews and ensure assets move through required creative and proofreading approvals.
  • Track project finances, maintain estimates, flag overruns, and identify delays that could impact budget.
  • Enforce agency processes, recommend process improvements, and provide performance input when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a pharma agency environment.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets.
  • Experience with PC and MS Office Suite software.
  • Experience with Workfront and Jira.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Strong communication skills and a tactful, assertive communication style.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiastic desire to continuously learn, evolve, and innovate.
