Description

  • Create scopes of work, project plans, staff plans, schedules, and resource allocations based on strategy and job level information.
  • Manage projects from inception through completion, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with agency teams and clients to define program requirements, system specifications, and project expectations.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, internal status meetings, and formal review meetings to drive alignment and approvals.
  • Maintain daily communication with team members and monitor project status, risks, issues, and escalations.
  • Conduct internal copy and layout reviews and ensure creative, proofreading, and asset-routing approvals are completed.
  • Facilitate client presentations and final asset reviews while providing recommendations on budget, timing, and production.
  • Track project finances, including job status reports, estimates, hour reallocations, overages, and budget delays.
  • Enforce agency processes and recommend process, systems, or software improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide performance input, maintain detailed documentation, and perform additional assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a pharma agency environment.
  • Experience developing timelines and managing budgets required.
  • Experience with full omni-channel deliverables such as websites, CRM email campaigns, and video production.
  • Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite software required.
  • Experience with Workfront and Jira required.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Strong communication skills, with a tactful but assertive style.
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to continuously learn, evolve, and innovate.

  • $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary.
