Description

  • Source replacements and substitute tickets for broken orders to prevent cancellations and marketplace penalties.
  • Communicate with marketplaces and sellers throughout the resolution process using Intercom.
  • Accurately document all steps of the process in Monday.com.
  • Record sales in SkyBox to track profitability for the replacements and subs team.
  • Provide proof and supporting information to marketplaces when defending a seller's case.
  • Proactively contact customers or sellers when additional information is needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to determine the best solution for each issue.
  • Complete the fulfillment steps for orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed investigations of claims and determine outcomes using multiple facts.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and respectful demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay flexible to support team needs.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good follow-through and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfort using Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Excel, Jira, email, Monday.com, Intercom, and other dashboard or KPI tracking systems.

Benefits

  • Remote full-time position.
  • $20 to $24 per hour.
