Description

  • Convert and migrate client data from legacy systems into the AutoLeap platform using in-house tools and Excel.
  • Support the Implementation team in meeting onboarding targets by delivering accurate data on time.
  • Set clear expectations with clients and stakeholders throughout the data conversion process.
  • Provide actionable conversion recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Project manage multiple data conversion assignments simultaneously.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • University education in business, STEM, computer science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to explain complex problems clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sharp attention to data accuracy and a commitment to structured processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in combining and manipulating data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, MS SQL, and other data formats.
  • Some programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or AI tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience building processes and tooling.
  • Experience owning cross-functional communication and impact.
  • Passion for customer and team success.
