Description

  • Build a transparent, collaborative enablement environment with open communication and feedback.
  • Gather and analyze information from SMEs, systems, processes, SOPs, and work instructions to uncover implicit knowledge and edge cases.
  • Develop robust internal training content and AI Agent enablement materials that support complex question resolution.
  • Design and provision new-hire onboarding content and role-specific learning experiences across operational topics.
  • Create structured learning paths and translate complex operational, technical, and industry knowledge into clear learning modules.
  • Curate and maintain training materials such as guides, knowledge base articles, videos, quizzes, and LMS content.
  • Translate nuanced business logic, conditional workflows, and edge cases into formats optimized for AI understanding and retrieval.
  • Update content regularly to reflect product, system, and process changes and keep materials accurate and relevant.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and feedback, and use insights to improve programs.
  • Support change management activities, including coordination, presentations, and training for new solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development.
  • Strong experience building and launching training initiatives in RevOps, Sales, Operations, or a similar function.
  • Experience designing learning content from scratch and iterating on existing materials.
  • Experience breaking down complex, ambiguous topics into clear, structured documentation and training.
  • Experience working with AI agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems, including prompt design and AI training methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience building trust and relationships with cross-functional subject matter experts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems is an asset.
  • Automotive industry experience and/or familiarity with dealership business models is a strong plus.
