Description

  • Build a transparent, collaborative enablement environment with open communication and feedback.
  • Gather and analyze information from subject matter experts, tools, processes, SOPs, and work instructions to uncover implicit knowledge and edge cases.
  • Design and develop training content for systems, tools, and processes based on current-state, real-world use cases.
  • Create foundational new-hire onboarding content and role-specific learning experiences tailored to team needs.
  • Translate complex operational, technical, growth, and industry knowledge into clear learning modules and structured learning paths.
  • Curate training materials such as written guides, knowledge base articles, videos, quizzes, and documentation in the LMS and repository.
  • Translate nuanced business logic, conditional workflows, and edge cases into formats optimized for AI comprehension and retrieval.
  • Refine AI training content to improve reasoning, consistency, contextual awareness, and answer quality.
  • Maintain and update materials to reflect product changes, system changes, and evolving business needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, feedback, and KPIs, and improve programs based on findings.
  • Support change management activities, including coordination, presentations, and training for new solutions.
  • Source external training content and courses to support skills development across the Operations organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Adult Learning, Training, or Development.
  • Strong experience building and launching training initiatives within RevOps, Sales, Operations, or similar functions.
  • Experience designing learning content from scratch and iterating on existing materials.
  • Experience simplifying complex, ambiguous topics into structured documentation and training that supports problem solving and decision making.
  • Experience working with AI agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, knowledge structure, and AI training methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Experience building trust and relationships with cross-functional subject matter experts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization, analytical thinking, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Salesforce, and LMS systems is preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience or familiarity with dealership business models is a plus.
