Description

  • Design and develop integrations and recipes using the Workato platform.
  • Build end-to-end workflows connecting CRM, ERP, HRIS, and marketing systems.
  • Configure triggers, actions, and conditional logic to automate business processes.
  • Integrate systems through REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based transfers.
  • Implement data transformation, mapping, and enrichment within workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
  • Ensure integrations follow best practices for security, governance, and scalability.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and reusable components.
  • Lead or support business development, proposal development, and solution design for new and expanded client work.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in integration development or automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools such as Boomi Platform, MuleSoft, or Zapier.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience with event-driven and API-led integration patterns.
  • Experience building automation workflows across SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and Slack.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Basic scripting or logic experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar languages within recipes.
  • Experience with data transformation and data quality concepts (preferred).
  • Experience with webhooks and real-time event processing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, version control using Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflows within Workato (preferred).
  • Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, or Non-Profit industries (preferred).
  • Workato Automation Pro Certification (preferred).

  • Salary range of $110,000–$130,000 USD.
