Description

  • Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for data integration and migration services across Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure, and related technologies.
  • Guide technical discovery, requirements validation, architecture workshops, solution design, delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Oversee concurrent client engagements, managing scope, budgets, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Establish technical standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, delivery methodologies, and governance practices.
  • Build, mentor, recruit, and manage Solution Architects, Technical Delivery Managers, Integration Developers, Migration Specialists, and Technical Leads.
  • Own team structure, staffing models, capacity planning, career development, training, certifications, and performance management.
  • Track and report revenue, gross margin, utilization, resource capacity, forecasting, project profitability, and delivery performance.
  • Support proposals, RFPs, Statements of Work, technical estimates, client presentations, strategic partnerships, and account expansion.
  • Develop and scale repeatable integration, migration, modernization, and technology-specific service offerings.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, data integration, data migration, or solution architecture.
  • 5+ years leading technical delivery teams, architects, or integration practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise architecting and delivering enterprise integrations and complex data migrations.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one major integration platform, preferably Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft, plus oversight across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements and serving as a Technical Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Director, or comparable leader.
  • Experience with technical discovery, solution architecture, delivery planning, project escalations, budgets, utilization, gross margin, forecasting, and profitability.
  • Experience managing technical resources, recruiting, team performance, organizational development, and client executive relationships.
  • Strong communication skills across technical teams, client executives, and senior leadership; experience supporting sales and business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience includes relevant platform certifications; Salesforce, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, data governance, and cloud architectures; and leadership of distributed teams.
  • Experience in Higher Education, Advancement, Nonprofit, Healthcare, or professional services organizations is preferred.
  • Ability to travel periodically based on business and client needs.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $200,000–$205,000 USD, commensurate with experience, education, and skills.
