Description

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for enterprise data management, integration, and governance initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Champion a unified data strategy that supports interoperability and data sharing across platforms and departments.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of data-focused projects, including governance frameworks, data quality remediation, and master data management solutions.
  • Ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards while delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for data management, governance, and integration delivery.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement through leadership and performance management.
  • Ensure organizational data is accurate, secure, and compliant with regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee data stewardship practices and automated monitoring processes to maintain high-quality data.
  • Engage and influence senior business and IT stakeholders to align on priorities, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical delivery teams and business leadership to ensure shared understanding and value realization.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, data quality management, metadata management, and integration tools such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or Boomi.
  • Deep understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) platforms and data security protocols across hybrid environments.
  • Expertise in implementing data governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and data lifecycle management processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and data protection requirements.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase data and integration programs with cross-functional teams while managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ability to analyze complex enterprise data ecosystems and align data capabilities with business strategy.
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Preferred experience creating and executing enterprise data strategy roadmaps and managing multiple concurrent data projects.
  • Preferred experience driving change management for new data processes, policies, and platforms.
  • Preferred experience leading multidisciplinary teams across data governance, integration, architecture, and analytics.
  • Preferred understanding of data governance frameworks such as DCAM and EDM Council approaches.
  • Preferred experience with data quality tools such as Informatica IDQ and Talend DQ, and metadata tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica EDC.
  • Preferred familiarity with iPaaS and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Preferred experience architecting API-led integrations and data pipelines across cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and interoperability standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
  • Preferred experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, middleware, and data synchronization strategies.
  • Preferred expertise in MDM domains such as customer, product, or supplier data, with tools like Informatica MDM, Reltio, Boomi DataHub, or Profisee.
  • Preferred working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data analysis or validation.
  • Preferred exposure to data warehousing, data lake, and BI/analytics ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Preferred awareness of emerging technologies such as AI, data fabric, data mesh, and cloud-native data management.
