Description

  • Produce platform asset bundles including capsule art, banners, icons, splash screens, store graphics, and social crops.
  • Adapt key art for MSN, Reddit, YouTube Playables, Netflix Games, and other platform specifications.
  • Deliver organized, layered PSD and AI source files with clean alpha channels and parallax-ready elements.
  • Create and optimize 2D/3D art, vector graphics, and Blender models for WebGL and HTML5 integration.
  • Design and refine in-game UI, HUD elements, and promotional graphics.
  • Maintain version control, file naming conventions, and directory structures for build integration.
  • Audit assets against technical specifications, safe zones, and platform compliance requirements.
  • Incorporate licensor feedback, legal notices, and brand guidelines across licensed IP.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in 2D/3D game asset design, platform adaptation, or web/HTML5 game production.
  • Portfolio demonstrating commercial game key art, store capsule design, and asset optimization.
  • Hands-on experience delivering platform game assets for services such as MSN, Reddit, YouTube Playables, or Netflix Games.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, including compositing, vector creation, non-destructive editing, and batch automation.
  • Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, rendering, and web-ready optimization.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, WebGL, and Unity asset pipelines and optimization constraints.
  • Strong understanding of platform guidelines, safe zones, aspect ratios, and UI/UX constraints.
  • Strong foundation in composition, typography, color theory, and corporate visual identity standards.
  • Experience with milestone-driven workflows, asynchronous communication, and operationally disciplined file management.
  • Preferred: motion graphics, video editing, licensor approval workflows, Spine 2D or sprite animation, and compliant AI-assisted design tools.
