Description

  • Create visual layouts, header graphics, and modular templates for promotional campaigns and newsletters.
  • Interpret creative briefs and client style guides to produce brand-aligned designs.
  • Prepare, slice, and export production-ready files for the implementation team.
  • Organize Figma design files, component libraries, and master templates.
  • Incorporate creative director feedback and refine concepts efficiently.
  • Use modern Figma workflows to streamline design production.
  • Adapt visual styles across consumer, fashion, beauty, and med spa brands.
  • Focus exclusively on visual design without managing scheduling, ESP execution, or coding.

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating modern, conversion-focused email and newsletter designs.
  • Strong knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, mobile layout balance, and CTA placement.
  • High proficiency in Figma for layout creation and asset export.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to translate visual references and brand guidelines into polished concepts.
  • Experience with e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or med spa brands is preferred.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and collaborative communication skills.
