Description

  • Lead the development of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that support strategic business objectives.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build, evaluate, and deploy predictive models in production environments.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams on data science initiatives.
  • Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and feature engineering to solve business problems.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop scalable data science solutions for large datasets and structured data sources.
  • Contribute to high-impact initiatives in a collaborative remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and working with structured and large-scale datasets.
  • Proven experience building, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Solid foundation in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimentation, and feature engineering.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment while operating within U.S. time zones.
  • Preferred experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed processing frameworks.
  • Preferred familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Preferred experience with natural language processing applications such as text classification or sentiment analysis.
  • Preferred experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Preferred exposure to MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and lifecycle management.
