Description

  • Define and own the product roadmap for one or more BNB Chain ecosystem verticals, including DeFi, payments, AI, stablecoins, and RWA.
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify ecosystem gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Translate ecosystem strategy into prioritized product requirements and execution plans.
  • Work with senior leadership to align product direction with long-term growth objectives.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, business development, marketing, and ecosystem teams.
  • Use on-chain data and analytics tools to inform product decisions and track adoption.
  • Produce internal research reports, strategy documents, and executive-level materials for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in Web3 or blockchain.
  • Proven track record of shipping products on a major chain.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including account models, smart contracts, gas mechanics, consensus, and cross-chain bridges.
  • Experience evaluating DeFi protocols such as AMMs, lending markets, stablecoins, and liquidity incentive mechanisms.
  • Strong familiarity with on-chain data tools such as Dune Analytics, DefiLlama, BscScan, and Etherscan.
  • Ability to write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute without ambiguity.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including defining KPIs, building dashboards, and measuring product impact.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited resources.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience producing research reports, executive memos, and strategy documents.
  • Preferred experience with payment products, including ISO 8583, MDR, acquiring flows, and Web3-native payment protocols such as x402, MPP, Binance Pay, and stablecoin settlement.
  • Preferred experience with AI agent infrastructure, including MCP, Agent SDKs, LLM routing, and machine-to-machine payment protocols.
  • Preferred experience with stablecoin products, including algorithmic, fiat-backed, or yield-bearing stablecoins and cross-border stablecoin payments.
  • Preferred experience with RWA tokenization, including tokenized treasuries, equities, or real-world assets and platforms such as Ondo Finance, BlackRock BUIDL, or Franklin Templeton BENJI.
  • Preferred familiarity with institutional DeFi, including lending protocols such as Morpho, Euler, and Aave V4, structured products, and institutional custody integrations.
