Description

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person event strategies.
  • Translate business priorities, objectives, and key messages into event plans.
  • Coordinate pre-event promotion, on-site management, and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Create and manage landing pages, email invites, registrations, reporting, and related event communications.
  • Produce content for webinars, event materials, presentations, conferences, and meetups.
  • Design and deliver engaging events that build community participation.
  • Support event concepts from branding and agenda design through content creation, venue selection, and execution.
  • Negotiate with and manage external partners and vendors for multiple events.
  • Track event budgets and communicate scope changes that affect costs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of in-person and virtual event management and planning experience.
  • Experience with large fintech events, at least in part.
  • Experience and willingness to work across the marketing process, including product, communications, branding, positioning, messaging, and demand generation.
  • Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility and professional confidence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • High energy, creative, team-oriented, and self-starter mindset.
